ICS considers the protection of your personal information important and shall take necessary care to safeguard your privacy. It will not be divulged to any third party for any purpose.

Terms and Conditions for Online Payment

  • Online transaction charges are not part of the total amount to be paid to the ICS.
  • The following transaction charges shall be applicable: Net Banking / Credit Cards / Debit Cards: As applicable
  • The payment made to the ICS either in INS or USD through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach the ICS account after 2 days.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the payer to ensure that the payment is made on time particularly for conferences and meetings since the delegate fees may vary for early bird registrations from late registrations. The registrations done on the day of the conference will be higher and will be announced by the organizers.
  • The ICS shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. It is the responsibility of the payer to ensure adequate balance before making any payment.
  • An autogenerated message will be sent to the registered email id of the payer.
  • The receipt for the payment will be sent to the payer once it is received in the ICS account.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

    Technical issue: In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the ICS account receives the payment which is after 2 days. The refund will be made in the same currency as the payment.

    Journal subscription: It is of two types: five years for all new fellows and members and annual for existing fellows and members. Once the fee is made for the journal, it will not be refunded or there is no part fee payment or part refund.

    Multiple Payments Case: If a double payment happens for whatever reason or technical glitch and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the Indian Chemical Society will refund the payment after the ICS account receives the payment, which should take 3-4 working days for the back payment or the amount can be adjusted against the next payment whenever it is required or is due including annual subscription to the journal or conference delegate fee, etc. as per the payer’s request.

    Relationship between website and legal name
