The duly filled in Proposal Form should reach the Office of the Indian Chemical Society, 92, Acharya Prafulla Chandra Road, Kolkata – 700 009, West Bengal in Hard Copy only on or before September 30, 2022. Insertion of photo in the Nomination Form is not mandatory.
